Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations need to be placed within 24 hours of your initial order by calling 800-447-0057. Please have your order number ready when you call.
Orders already in progress after 24 hours may be charged for the work completed.
Returns and Refunds
Stock hardware components may be returned within 3 days of receipt of goods for a full refund, less a 20 percent inspection/restocking fee.
All returns must be authorized and issued an RA number. Items need to be marked with the RA number and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are not given for the following:
- Graphics
- Custom components or designs
- Shipping and handling
- Missing or incomplete items
- Used or damaged goods
- Items or brands not sold to you by ACI Design
