All prices and quotes are based upon stated production times. Production does not begin until all components of your project are ready, i.e. payment, approval of custom specs, color approvals, and proof approvals for artwork.
ACI Design reserves the right to charge overtime charges for rush jobs depending upon workload. We'll let you know if this is necessary.
Payment is due with all orders via credit card.
The following services are additional:
- Art setup of client prepared files
- Layout of each graphic/sign that combines text, background and image(s)
- Cleanup or recreation of low quality logos
- Each image that is combined into a single graphic
- Extensive digital retouching of images
- Digital scans of prints or film
- Original computer or hand illustrations
- Original photography
- Fixing your files if they are prepared incorrectly
- Critical color matching
- Overtime for very short turnarounds
- ¼ Scale color proofs (fax and e-mail proofs are free)
ACI Design will give you an estimate for any additional costs upon receipt of your artwork and before we begin production.
Please allow for time for artwork development in your deadlines to avoid potential overtime charges.
Copyrights and Ownership
ACI Design, Inc. retains ownership, including copyrights, of all original work created by ACI Design including, but not limited to CAD drawings, in-house illustration, layouts, copywriting, in-house photography, exhibit design and development.
Any use of these materials and concepts may not be used with other vendors or competitors for reproduction of any kind without express written consent of ACI Design, Inc.
Copyright Indemnification – Customers ("PURCHASER"), in consideration of the services performed by ACI Design, Inc. ("ACI") for and on behalf of the PURCHASER, and in consideration of the mutual warranties and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
BACKGROUND: PURCHASER is submitting to ACI photographs, illustrations, textual and/or artistic work ("MATERIAL") to be used, reproduced, displayed, and/or have derivatives produced in conjunction with other duties undertaken by ACI for and on behalf of the PURCHASER. ACI wishes to be protected against loss by reason of using, reproducing, and/or modifying, the MATERIAL, and agrees to perform the requested services only if an agreement of indemnity is given to it by the PURCHASER.
PURCHASER represents and warrants that PURCHASER has the right to use, reproduce, display, and/or prepare derivatives of the MATERIAL and that no action taken by ACI under the direction of or on behalf of the PURCHASER with respect to the MATERIAL will infringe any third party's rights in and to the MATERIAL. PURCHASER further covenants and warrants that ACI's use of the MATERIAL pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement or any other agreement between ACI and PURCHASER shall be free from infringement of third party patent, copyright, trademark, and/or trade secret right(s).
PURCHASER shall, for seven (7) years from the date of this Agreement, indemnify and hold ACI, its employees, shareholders, officers, and agents harmless from all liabilities, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, costs, expenses, attorney's fees, and demands of third parties arising out of or based upon ACI Design using, reproducing, displaying, and/or preparing derivatives of the MATERIAL pursuant to this or any other agreement with PURCHASER regardless of whether such action by ACI occurs prior to, concurrent with, or subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. ACI shall promptly notify PURCHASER of any assertion that the use of the MATERIAL infringes a third party right. In the event of any such assertion, PURCHASER hereby undertakes the obligation to defend ACI in any suit related to ACI's use, reproduction, or modification of the MATERIAL in any manner, and to reimburse and indemnify ACI for the cost of defending such suit and for costs and damages incurred as a result of any and all such assertions and resulting lawsuits or other legal actions.
